ABOUT ME

Bri Woodson, BS, MS CHMC (2026)

The Deconstruction Institute was founded by Bri Woodson, an organizational consultant, educator, and advocate dedicated to helping individuals and organizations better understand the systems that shape leadership, culture, and social change. Drawing from interdisciplinary research in history, organizational development, psychology, and equity, Bri works with nonprofits, advocacy organizations, campaigns, and community leaders to translate complex ideas into practical strategies for growth and accountability.

Through consulting, facilitation, and educational resources, Bri partners with organizations seeking to strengthen their internal culture, improve collaboration, and align their day-to-day practices with their mission and values. Her approach is grounded in evidence-based learning, thoughtful dialogue, and sustainable organizational development; creating spaces where reflection leads to meaningful, lasting transformation.

MY APPROACH

I believe meaningful change begins with understanding. Before organizations can transform their culture, strengthen their leadership, or improve their impact, they must first understand the systems, assumptions, and practices that shape how they operate. My approach combines historical context, organizational development, and practical facilitation to help individuals and teams examine challenges with curiosity, critical thinking, and a shared commitment to growth.

Rather than offering one-size-fits-all solutions, I partner with each organization to understand its unique mission, culture, and goals. Together, we identify opportunities for growth, develop practical strategies, and create sustainable action plans that extend beyond a single workshop or training. My goal is to equip organizations with the knowledge, tools, and confidence they need so they can build healthier cultures, strengthen collaboration, and create lasting, values-driven change.
